- Band won 2005 BMA for Top Original Rock Band and 2010 BMA for Original Band
- Alison won seven Original Female Vocalist BMAs and was inducted into the BMA-HOA in 2010
- The band has released eight CDs, the latest being “Me & Miss Grimes”
- Their video “Roller Derby Queen” features the Queen City Roller Girls

- Floozie has opened for many national acts such as: Courtney Love, Soul Asylum, The Trews, Jordan Night, The English Beat, Theory of a Dead Man
- In 1998 recorded “Splintered Wood in Your Eye”
- In 2001 recorded a self- titled EP
- In 2008 “ She Wants to be Somebody” and “See You Later” in 2009
- Jim and Mike have filled in as bass player for Colors in the Air in 2010

- John was a founding member of 10,000 Maniacs but left the band in 1986
- John and Mary opened the 1990 10,000 Maniacs Time Capsule Tour and after Natalie Merchant left the band in 1994 they rejoined the group
- They released 2 albums with the 10,000 Maniacs including the song “More Than This” which charted nationally in 1997
- Mary Ramsey will be part of the 10,000 Maniacs 30th Anniversary
